In Settings › AI, which lists the coding CLIs found on your computer. Choose one with Use this; Check runs a quick test. Each has a default model, and you can pick another the CLI offers.

No. Longtom prepares the return in your authority’s own labels, with the ledger lines behind every figure. You lodge it yourself at the authority’s portal.

It also never registers anything, creates accounts or makes payments.

Tell us, and say which page you saw it on. Country facts are rechecked against primary sources on a rolling basis, and reports are how errors between checks get found.

Any mailbox by IMAP, or Outlook and Exchange by signing in with Microsoft, in Settings › Mail. You can add more than one; a reply goes out from the mailbox the message arrived at.

Set the number’s TeXML voice URL to https://longtom.app/telnyx/voicemail.xml. Telnyx keeps texts for about ten days, so a computer that is off longer than that misses some. Twilio numbers also work; both are set up in Settings › Phone.

Starling and Mercury connect directly. For any other bank, drop its statement export (CSV, OFX, camt.053 or MT940) in the inbox or on Books › Import.

No. Your books are kept on your computer. With online backup on, Ontiqo holds an encrypted copy it cannot read, which you can erase at any time in Settings › Backups. The privacy policy has the detail.

Yes. Books › Transactions exports the ledger as CSV or OFX, Books › Reports makes the records pack (one zip an accountant can open), and everything is in one folder, %APPDATA%\Longtom, which stays when Longtom is uninstalled.

Install Longtom and sign in to the same OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive or iCloud. Open it: Home says Welcome back and names your business. Press Bring it back. For a backup somewhere else, choose Put a business back and point it at the file. More in the guide.

On the lock screen, Forgot it? takes your recovery key and removes the PIN.

On Check a signed PDF. It shows whether the file has changed since it was signed, who signed it and when. The check runs in the reader’s browser and the file is not uploaded. Longtom runs the same checks.
